Hundreds of Russian soldiers killed in Syria in three years

During the last three years, 112 Russian soldiers lost their lives in Syria's anti-terror campaign.

Victor Borderfe, the head of the National Security and Defense Commission on Russia's Senate, said the information. News of Russian TV channel Rasha 24

Bonefaref said, nearly half of the soldiers died in the crash of two aircrafts. These are the Antoinov-26 and the IL-20.

Antonf-26 crashed into the Syrian sky on March 6. It killed 39 people on board. Besides, on September 18, the IL-20 was overthrown. It is a Syrian missile hit by Israeli militant targets.

This incident happened after the Israeli militant hide behind Russian airplane. Russia blames Israel for the incident.

In the past three years, eight Russian aircrafts, seven helicopters and two military vehicles were destroyed in Syria.
